چکیده

The article presents the results of a comparative evaluation five promising hybrids Chaenomeles japonica (Thunb.) Lindl. ex Spach (2-44-05, 3-27-05, 5-50-03, 1-64-05, 3-17-05), identified according to complex commercially valuable traits (winter hardiness, yield, fruit weight, low thorniness, resistance rot), and Likhtar variety in conditions Belarus. Significant differences have been found terms amount substances accumulated fruits. samples were characterized by very levels solids sugars combination with high acidity, exception hybrid 3-17-05, that show an average level, as well content ascorbic acid. Hybrid 3-17-05 has singled out set 6 indicators (solids, soluble solids, sugars, titrate sugaracid ratio, phenolic compounds); 3-27-055 – 5 acid, compounds). Hybrids 3-27-05 5-50-03 best biologically active (ascorbic pectin

A new acylated triterpene from the roots of Chaenomeles japonica.

A new acylated triterpene together with prunasin, (-)-epicatechin, daucosterol, and three triterpenes, ursolic, oleanolic, and pomolic acids was isolated from the root of Chaenomeles japonica (THUNB.) LINDL. (Rosaceae) and determined to be 3-O-(E)-3, 5-dihydroxycinnamoylursolic acid on the basis of NMR and FAB-MS experiments.

Antipruritic effects of the fruits of Chaenomeles sinensis.

A 35% EtOH extract of the fruits of Chaenomeles sinensis, long utilized as a folk medicine for cough, significantly inhibited the pruritogenic agent compound 48/80 (COM)-induced scratching behavior in mice. Antipruritic activity-guided fractionation and purification yielded active quercetin, apigenin, and catechin derivatives, which exhibited significant inhibitory effects on COM-induced scratc...

Loquat (Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.) is a subtropical evergreen tree whose fruit is consumed both fresh and processed. Loquat fruit is a good source of minerals and carotenoids, while the kernel is rich in protein and carbohydrates. It has been considered a non-climacteric fruit, but there is evidence that some cultivars have a ripening pattern similar to that of climacteric fruits. The fruit ha...
